parrotisdead: THE BEAVER, Jodie Foster (2011) Currently This was a film I was actually interested in since I saw the trailer. Of course the synopsis can throw you off. This isn’t a spoiler, but you hear the Beaver speak more than Mel Gibson. Still though, when actors and actresses perform in films that are clearly passion projects, I’m interested because I expect great performances, and that’s what you get. Even beyond Foster and Gibson, Jennifer Lawrence and Anton Yelchin give great performances and work so well with each other. If you can look beyond the films exterior, I think you all should definitely check it out.
