*Oh I get it. Microsoft employees love Bill Gates, so naturally they’ll eat at a restaurant that wants him to be mayor. Right?
This afternoon’s article on Marketing Mag discusses Jack Astor’s promotion of Bill Gates for mayor. The sudden stunt was initiated because of a Microsoft convention that is taking place in town over the next couple days. And with over 15,000 Microsoft employees, why not? I just wonder where the connection between Bill Gates and Jack Astor’s really lays.
Just because the opportunity is there, doesn’t mean that you it’s right for you. Similar to when I went to Jack Astor’s, only to find all the employees it what was the most outrageous hipster wear. It just seemed way off brand.
But that’s just me.
