Nestlé ‘We Will Find You’
Awesome idea. It’s no surprise that with the affordability of technology, comes the inevitable use of it in more uncommon spaces. That’s not to say that GPS technology hasn’t been used before, but I’m not sure I’ve seen it yet in the confectionary market.
I’m hoping to see a lot of follow through on the back end of the contest though. That’s to say that I hope to see a lot of creative following the wins as they come. One opportunity I believe is constantly missed, is capturing winning moments of participants. Especially in the confectionary market that holds prize winning contests so often.
I just think in this case especially, it would be so awesome if the team deployed to deliver the cheque, were also equipped with GoPro’s, along with a set of other cameras following the action. Ideally it could be live-streamed, but would also be used as spot footage. That way everyone who wins gets to see themselves as the ending to such an epic prize delivery.
In the meantime though, we’ll just have to watch and see.
