Movie Trailer of the Day: First official teaser trailer for Oliver Stone’s much-anticipated follow-up to 1987’s Oscar-winning cinematic touchstone Wall Street, Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.
As the global economy teeters on the brink of disaster, a young Wall Street trader partners with disgraced former Wall Street corporate raider Gordon Gekko on a two-tiered mission: To alert the financial community to the coming doom, and to find out who was responsible for the death of the young trader’s mentor.
The film, which stars Michael Douglas, Shia Labeouf, Carey Mulligan (so hot. Want to touch the hiney), Josh Brolin, and Frank Langella, is set to be released April 23.
I think this is going to be pretty….great. At first I was skeptical due to the fact that the original was made a year before I came into the world. Now though with Michael Douglas and Oliver Stone (as well as Brolin & Langella) I am very much looking forward to this.
Plus what better in this day in age where a movie can be made about greed.
I don’t think I can take any movie with Shia LaBeouf in it seriously.
Sequel to Wall Street? HOLD UP SON.
This actually looks great. And funny, too. Just, ugh… THE BEEF.
return of Gordon Gekko. Greed...good. thedailywhat
I think Shia Lebouf puts it in his contract that he must drive a motorcycle in every movie.
I hate Labeouf but seeing Gordon Gecko out of prison is exciting!
ok, i hate shia labeouf and this is an absolutely horrific title, but i will probably see this.
Greed, for the lack of a better word, is good. Carey’s playing Gordon Gecko’s DAUGHTER, y’all!
I’m definitely gonna see this… Sidenote: They taped scenes from the movie in Fordham
